JB Weld is a two-part epoxy system, originally designed for Cold Welding, that provides strong, durable repairs to a variety of metal surfaces. Mixed at a 1:1 ratio, it forms a permanent bond and can be shaped, tapped, drilled, sanded or filed after curing. At room temperature, it takes approximately 4 to 6 hours to turn a dark gray color, and a full cure is achieved in 15 to 24 hours. It has a tensile strength of 3960 PSI and creates a strong bond overnight. Once fully cured, it can withstand temperatures up to 550°F.

• Adheres to most clean, dry surfaces, with initial cure in 1-2 hours and full cure in 16-24 hours
• Waterproof and resistant to petroleum products, chemicals and acids once cured
• Can be drilled, tapped, machined, filed, sanded and painted
• Highly durable, non-toxic and able to withstand temperatures up to 550°F (288°C)
