Order Processing
We process orders upon receipt and strive to ship all available products as soon as possible. Orders placed before 8 AM will typically be shipped the same day, subject to courier availability.
Delivery Times
We aim to offer same-day delivery in the Greater Montreal area for all orders placed before 8 AM. However, it is important to note that external factors such as weather conditions, road conditions, and blocked streets may affect delivery times and are beyond our control. Nevertheless, we are committed to doing our best to meet the delivery time chosen by the customer. Please consider that this delivery time is a preference indication and not an absolute guarantee.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight and destination of your order. Exact fees will be indicated during the checkout process, prior to payment. Delivery Options
The delivery option is automatically selected by our system based on the weight of the order. We offer multiple delivery options to meet your specific needs. Our fleet of vehicles includes trucks of various types, such as boom trucks for large volumes, compact vehicles for deliveries in tight spaces, as well as transit for standard orders. For special needs or to receive personalized assistance for your project, you can schedule an appointment with one of our representatives using our online scheduler.
Order Tracking
Once your order is picked up by our courier, you will receive communication from them informing you of the shipment of your package until delivery.
