At RenoCart Inc, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make on our online store. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Items must not have been damaged, altered, or modified in any way.
Return Process:
To request a return or exchange, simply schedule an appointment in the return scheduler. A representative will call you back to arrange the return or exchange of your items.

Return Fees:
Return fees are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or defective products. Return fees will be determined based on the weight of your package, as indicated in the table below:

Refunds:
Refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned items. Refunds will be issued via the original mode of payment.
Exchanges:
We accept exchanges for items of equivalent value. Arrange your exchange by scheduling an appointment with our representative.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Some items are non-refundable, including gift cards and items on promotion.
