DensShield 1/2" X 4' X 8'

DensShield® Tile Backer is designed as a substrate for walls, ceilings, floors and countertops. Ideal for high moisture areas, it incorporates a waterproof membrane that prevents moisture from penetrating the surface. This unique coating protects the 'tile installation as well as the interior space of the walls against water infiltration. Unlike traditional paper-covered substrates, DensShield panels use a fiberglass mat, offering increased resistance to mold (tested in accordance with ASTM D 3273). Additionally, DensShield is the only tile backing certified as GREENGUARD antimicrobial by the independent GREENGUARD Environmental Institute.
